• Bring Your Child’s Birth Certificate: Parents must bring their child’s birth certificate to the appointment. If you arrive without it, you will be asked to reschedule.

• Children Must Be Accompanied by Parents: To be considered for the program, children must be accompanied by their parents.

• Age Limit: The program is available for children up to 15 years old.
